Payment

Payment (DBS/POSB Funds Transfer) must be made within 2 working days after confirmation of orders.

After you’ve completed the funds transfer, kindly email us with the transaction reference and inform us.

Postage
Complimentary postage for normal mail.

We will not be responsible for any lost mail. Registered mail is Highly Recommended. Registered Postage add $3.00.

Orders will typically take within 1 to 5 working days to arrive (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), upon receiving payment.

Meetups

Date: Every Saturday

Venue: Bugis/City Hall/Doby Ghaut/Orchard MRT

Do drop us an email to arrange for a meetup.

We will inform buyers 2 days in advance of the exact timing and venue to meet.

Exchange & Refund

Goods sold are non-refundable. All goods sold are checked for defects before being mailed out.

We allow exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase, all goods must be in original conditions (unwashed & undamaged) for the exchange.

In the event that we can’t do a one to one exchange, another item of equal or higher value is allowed for exchange, buyers will have to top up for higher value. No refunds for item of lower value.

Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges plus a handling fee incurred during the exchange.

Sales items cannot be exchanged or refund.

Privacy
We respect our client’s privacy therefore we will not release our customer’s personal information. (blacklisted excluded).

If you sign up for our mailing list, you are assured that your email address will not be released to any other parties and will only receive emails from milly’s
