For the Virgin shoppers

Dear Millylites,

i have decided to do a personal post for virgin shoppers towards online shopping. I know... first time shopping can be jittering, as you might not know what to expect till the parcel arrive.
Questions like "how do i pay for my items?", "when will i pay for the items?" etc, there are so many questions that you have in your head but no answers to them. So, here's the lowdown on how do you shop online:

Point1: Ask Questions!
If you see something which you like, and might have queries about it, feel free to ask the seller, eg. "What's the material of the clothes?", "Can you give a better picture for the items?".

Point2: Placing an Order!
Once you have set your eyes on an item, to place your order, email the seller and give details such as, item code, your name, address, contact no., and what kind of postage you prefer.

Point3: Cross your fingers!
You must be wondering, why cross your fingers? Well... do you know the shoe theory? Whenever you set your eyes on one of the many pairs of shoes that you have tried, the sales girl would give you the horrific four words, "Don't have your size." Therefore someone might always be ahead of you. Cross your fingers and hope that YOU are ahead of someone instead.

Point4: Confirmation!
When you receive confirmation that the item is still available REJOICE! You'll be advised on the damage done to your pockets and you'll be given the bank transaction no. to transfer. "ka-ching!"

Point5: Make space in your wardrobes!
Sellers will inform you that they have received your payment and your orders will usually arrive within 1-5 working days. If you had opt for registered mail, hopefully a cute friendly postman will appear at your doorsteps with your items in hand. Here's how we @ milly's usually pack your items before posting it.

Point6: Still having butterflies in your stomach?
I know i know..., some of you might have qualms about doing an online transaction, here's the good news, some blog shops do offer meet ups. Simple and easy, set a time and place, and you are all set as you only need to pay when you meet the seller!

Happy Shopping girls!

Love, milly's
